5 STEP INSTALLATION PROCESS
Second to None
When you work with us, you can take advantage of features you won’t find anywhere else. We’re not satisfied with our work until our clients are, and offer the following to help ensure that happens every time.
STEP 1:PREP SURFACE
We diamond grind all of our floors for 100% adhesion. Your concrete floor must be properly prepared in order to open the pores of the concrete so the epoxy can adhere properly.
STEP 2:MOISTURE BARRIER

This is the process of applying our vapor solve primer coat. We add this to every project at no charge to save both you and us headaches from VWE down the road.
STEP 3:EPOXY + VINYL CHIP FLAKE
This is the process of applying the epoxy. If you have chosen a floor that requires vinyl chips they will also be applied. On metallic floors the color is applied during this step.
STEP 4:CEM-SEAL
Your new floor will e scraped with a metal scraper to clean the loose/excess chips from the floor. Next we will vacuum and blow out all loose chips from the area. Cem-Seal is then added. Cem-Seal is a water based UV stable product that not only acts as a build coat but also smooths the chips out for improved aesthetic and performance.
STEP 5:UVR TOP COAT
For the final step a 100% UVR stable resin based 2-part Aliphatic Polyurethane that will leave your floor strong and beautiful for years to come.
